Dr. Dennis Goodman MD, FACP, FACC, FCCP
Dennis Goodman, M.D. is presently a physician team-member of Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine. Prior to this, Dr. Goodman was Chief of Cardiology and Medical Director of the Cardiac Treatment Center at Scripps Memorial Hospital.
In addition to this, Dr. Goodman is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of California, San Diego, serves on the board of the American College of Cardiology and the board of governors of the American Heart Association®, and is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology and Critical Care.
Dr. Goodman has lectured extensively both within the USA and abroad (Europe, Canada South Africa and Asia), where he has been a visiting professor on several occasions. His areas of major clinical research and interest include many aspects of preventative cardiology, and the role of complimentary medicine and nutritional supplements in regard to heart health. He has also been a guest on many TV and radio shows.
